Course Outline
If you’ve been diagnosed with an autoimmune condition and feel like you’re missing a clear, whole-person strategy to support your health, this course is for you.
The Autoimmune Recovery Blueprint is designed for people who’ve tried conventional treatments but want to explore evidence-informed lifestyle, nervous system, and nutritional approaches alongside them. You’ll be actively involved in managing your health, with expert guidance and the support of a small, like-minded group.

Dates: Wednesdays from 13th August to 10th September 2025
Note: There will be a one-week break during the week of 27th August
Time: 10:00am – 11:30am
Includes: Tea, coffee, and water provided at each session + participant workbook and resources included.
Cost: $95 per person, per session (total $380 for the full program)
