For the comprehensive health review and metabolic health check, we will send an email within one business day with next steps for getting ready for your appointment (including scheduling the appointment). Please note that hair mineral analyses take 2-3 weeks to perform - we will be in contact as soon as the results come back to schedule your appointment.
For the comprehensive health check, please ensure that you have your DNA raw data from the testing service. To access and download your Ancestry raw data, follow the instructions here. To get 23andMe raw data, follow the steps here.
If you have bloodwork, DNA raw data, medical or genetic reports etc that you would like to send through before your appointment, please send to lou@ecological-nutrition.com
